Can I use the character <shiba inu raku>?
For inquiries from corporations and companies about licensing, please refer to this page. Individuals (including sole proprietors) will not be permitted licenses due to the difficulty of providing official permission and supervision for all requests. You are free to use the works within the scope of use (when the copyrighted work can be used without the permission of the right holder, such as for personal use by saving it on a computer or smartphone and setting it as a wallpaper) specified by the Copyright Act.
